Pensions & Investments Best Places to Work in Money Management is a research-driven survey and recognition program from Best Companies Group that examines qualified companies on their practices, programs, benefits, and employee sentiment.
The program’s survey consisted of two parts. In part one, the employer completed a questionnaire about the firm’s policies, practices, benefits, and demographics. Best Companies then confirmed U.S. employment numbers for each firm. The engagement and satisfaction survey consisted of 78 statements emailed to employees and asked to respond on a 1-to-5 scale of “Disagree Strongly” to “Agree Strongly.”
Canterbury Consulting has also been named as one of the Best Places to Work by the Orange County Business Journal in 2022, 2021, 2020, and 2015.
