Canterbury Consulting’s Loren Asmus Named Vice Chair of the Board by Choral Arts Initiative
Loren Asmus, CFA, CAIA, Vice President of Investment Research, Canterbury Consulting, serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Choral Arts Initiative. As stated in a press release by Choral Arts Initiative, "His extensive financial background has helped Choral Arts Initiative navigate the uncertainties of the pandemic crisis and has ensured balanced books for the past several years."
Choral Arts Initiative is a nonprofit choral organization in the Southern California, working with composers and the community to inspire musical creativity.
Mr. Asmus' new role as Vice Chair of the board will include collaboration with founding member, Jeffrey Derus, to help identify potential new board members. Loren recently wrote in the press release by Choral Arts Initiative, "I am truly honored by what we have accomplished over the past decade. I am excited to contribute towards the continued growth of this exceptional organization and to work alongside such dedicated and passionate individuals. Together, I am confident that we will scale new heights and make an even greater impact on choral music."
